Web Update Problem Resolved

If your version of X-Spam is prior to 1.4.83, a problem with our FTP server may cause your version of X-Spam to receive an error, when attempting to use Web Update feature. 

To resolve this problem close X-Spam. Then click this link to download the latest version.
Select open and the update will automatically install and restart X-Spam

Attempt the Web Update again.

This should resolve the problem.
